As a mom of two, I adore planning joyful birthday celebrations, beautifully themed parties, and immersive experiences that bring pure happiness to kids and their families. I know how quickly these moments pass and how much busy parents want their kids' parties to feel truly special. Serving the Raleigh–Durham area, My Moment offers boutique craft parties and themed experiences. I bring the crafts, custom décor, styled tablescapes, optional sleepover set-up and Photo Booth add-ons right to your home or event venue. Why do we do it?

Additional Seating

For larger parties, additional tables and chairs are available for rent upon request.

Please note: All party bookings require $150 deposit at the time of booking and full payment 48 hours prior to the party. Tax & Gratuity not included. Food, beverage, cake, paper products and related serving/cleanup are not included.

Standard Crafts

Fun, stylish, and customizable — our standard crafts offer amazing value and plenty of creativity for kids of all ages. These projects are easy to decorate and perfect for any party theme. Great for your main craft activity or as a second craft to extend the fun.

Includes options like:

Bamboo brushes, mini adopt a pet, canvas mini bags, belt bags, T-shirts, hats, cosmetic pouches, mini plush, sand art, magic wands, picture frames, hair accessories, clear makeup bags, and canvas zipper pouches.

What ages are your craft parties best for?

Our parties are ideal for ages 5-15, and we customize the craft level based on the group’s age and ability.

How long does a craft party last?

Most parties run 60–90 minutes depending on the craft. Some advanced projects can go up to 2 hours. To keep everything smooth and sparkly, we need access to the party space 45-60 minutes before start time.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. But feel free to ask about last-minute availability!

Do you travel to homes or venues?

Yes, we travel to any city within 30 miles from Raleigh. We can set up at your home, clubhouse, park shelter, or any approved indoor venue in the Raleigh–Durham area.

How many kids can participate?

We can accommodate small groups of 6–8 or larger parties up to 20 children, depending on the project and setup.

How much space do you need for setup?

A dining table, kitchen island, or 6–8 ft folding table works great. We bring tablecloths and décor, and can adjust to almost any space. If you need additional seating for larger parties we provide rental options.

What if a child has allergies or sensitivities?

Please let us know in advance and we will adjust materials to keep all children safe and comfortable.

Do you offer adult craft parties?

Yes! We can create fun craft experiences for teen hangouts, girls’ nights, corporate events, baby or bridal showers.

Can you match the party theme or color aesthetic?

Absolutely — we love matching your theme! We can customize colors, décor, signage, and craft kits.

Do you clean up afterward?

We clean up everything related to the craft experience — supplies, tools, tables, and any décor we bring.

We do not handle food service or food-related cleanup, so families will take care of snacks, cake, and dining areas.
